Delete Account & Game Data

In accordance with App Store guidelines and privacy protection laws, you can easily request the permanent deletion of your game account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Data

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

1. Open the Mahjong (雀乐消消) app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) in the upper corner.
3. Select Account & Privacy.
4. Tap Delete Account & Reset Data and confirm.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can send an email to support@3kittens.cn with the subject line Delete My Mahjong Account along with your Player ID (if known). We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Happens When You Delete

Once confirmed, your level progress, coin balances, custom themes, and ranking history will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
